摘要 随着社会的进步，人们对正畸的要求也越来越高，正畸治疗不仅要求矫正牙齿，而且应尽力改善患者的面容，使其更具美感。微笑是面部美观尤为重要的部分，美丽的微笑已成为正畸矫治的重要目标。因此，在正畸临床诊断及矫治效果的评价中应增加动态微笑的评估指标，为正畸矫治方案的制定提供有价值的参考依据。
