摘要 目的用拉曼光谱快速鉴别WHO送检的复方拉米夫定/齐多夫定/奈韦拉平片(Zidolam-N)的真伪,同时考察其快检打假中的能力和作用。方法用拉曼光谱仪对WHO送检的两组真假Zidolam-N药进行检测,分别采用谱图观察法、矢量归一化法、聚类分析法、一致性模型分析、相关系数分析等方法对拉曼谱图进行分析比对。结果谱图显示真假药在300~700cm-1存在差异,此谱区为硫和卤素的特征谱区。结论拉曼光谱法以快速、无损、受水和玻璃影响小等特点,在快检打假中有巨大的发展前景,本实验虽然没有对所有假药进行鉴别,但实验结果揭示了真假药的差异在于硫和卤素等元素的含量,为进一步选择解决方法提供了重要依据。 Objective To identify the authenticity of Lamivudine, Zidovudine and Nevirapine Tablets (Zidolam-N) provided by WHO, and to investigate the effect and capability of Raman spectroscopy on the fast identification of drugs'authenticity. Methods Both authentic and counterfeit Zidolam-N provided by WHO were identified by Raman spectroscopy. Chart observation method, vector normalization method, cluster analysis, consistency model analysis and correlation coefficient analysis were used for the comparative analysis of Raman spectrograms. Results The spectrograms showed differences among the samples at the region of 300-700 cm1 which covered the characteristic region of sulfur and halogen. Conclusion Since Raman spectroscopy is fast, non-destructive and less affected by water and glass, it has been regarded as a great advanced method for the fast identification of counterfeit drugs. Although it was not employed to indentify all the counterfeit drugs in this experiment, the achieved result revealed that the key distinguishment of the counterfeit and the authentic drugs is the content of sulfur and halogen elements, which provided a strong evidence for further deposition of counterfeit drugs.
