摘要 目的建立原子荧光法测定药品中汞、硒、砷、铋的含量。方法利用原子荧光法对黄氧化汞眼膏中汞的含量、氯化氨基汞软膏中汞的含量、醋酸地塞米松中的微量硒、氢氧化铝凝胶中的微量砷、碱式水杨酸铋干混悬剂中铋的含量进行测定。结果汞、硒、砷、铋在设计的含量范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率、相关系数良好。结论该方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可有效控制药品中汞、硒、砷、铋的含量。 of Hg, Se, Objective To establish a method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine As and Bi in several drugs. Methods By atomic fluorescence spectrometry, Hg in the content Oculentum Hydrargyri Oxydi Flavi and Unguentum Hhydrargyri Aminochloridi, trace Se in Dexamethasone Acetat, trace As in Aluminium Hydroxide Ggel, and Bi in Bismuth Subsalicylate For Oral Suspension were determined, and the conditions that could affect the result of experiment were also studied. Results A good linear relation was found by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with satisfactory regression coefficients, average recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSD). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and effective for the content control of Hg, Se, As and Bi in drugs.
