目的为有效遏制临床不合理用药提供对策。方法对临床不合理用药状况进行调查,分析原因。结果不合理用药有发展层面、管理层面、技术层面、职业道德层面等原因。结论加强制度建设,强化监管和教育,加快计算机信息化技术的引入,建立计算机辅助处方审核和信息查询系统,可有效推进合理用药的进程。

Objective To effectively restrain the clinical irrational drug use and probe targeted countermeasures. Methods The countermeasure was developed by investigating the clinical irrational drug use and analyzing the reasons. Results The reasons of the irrational drug use are present in development level, management level, technology level and professional ethics level. Conclusion The process of rational drug use can be effectively promote by strengthening the system construction, strengthening the supervision and education, speeding up the introduction of computer information technology and establishing the computer-assisted prescription audit and information inquiry system.
