慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并充血性心力衰竭患者血浆N-端脑钠肽水平的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆N-端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平的变化。方法入选的80例呼吸困难患者分为三组:COPD组24例,CHF组29例,COPD+CHF组27例;测定患者的血浆NT—proBNP浓度并进行超声心动图检查。结果CHF组和COPD+CHF组血浆NT.proBNP水平明显高于COPD组(P〈0.01)。与CHF组比较,COPD+CHF组血浆NT-proBNP水平稍高,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。COPD合并CHF患者血浆NT.proBNP水平与LVDd、LVDs值呈正相关(r=0.66,P〈0.01;r=0.68,P〈0.01),与LVEF值呈负相关(r=-0.76,P〈0.01)。结论NT-proBNP检测结合超声心动检查有利于COPD患者合并CHF的诊断,亦有利于心功能判断。
