我国节水农业发展面临的问题和对策

Study on the Problems and Strategies Encountered in the Development ofWater-saving Agriculture in China

:水资源不足已经成为我国农业和国民经济发展的最大制约因素 ,直接威胁着我国的粮食安全问题 ,同时也引发了严重的生态环境问题 ,影响着未来经济的可持续发展。本文通过对我国节水农业发展中所面临的问题进行初步分析 ,在此基础上对我国节水农业发展提出宏观决策的系统依据 。

The shortage of water resources has become the biggest confinement factor in the development of agriculture and national economy in China. It directly threatens the food security of China. At the same time, it induces severe ecological environmental problem and affects the sustainable development of the economy in the future. This article carries out a preliminary analysis on the problems that we have encountered in the process of the water-saving agriculture development in China. On this basis, systematic foundation of macro decision and strategy accordingly has been put forward on the water-saving agriculture development of China.
