摘要
本文针对我国无形资产开发运营中存在的人口和自然资源、专利、技术秘密 (非专利技术 )、商标和品牌、信息和许可权等亟待引起重视和开发的现状和问题 ,从宏观与微观、战略和战术的角度提出了以“人”为本、以“智”为本、以“科”为本、以“名”为本、以“软”为本的几点无形资产开发运营的对策思考。
From the macroscopic and microcosmic, and strategic and tactical viewpoint of developing and managing intangible assets, this thesis, aiming at the existent issues of population, natural resources, patent, technical secrets(non-patent technology),trademark and brand,information and right of license , brings forward a countermeasure of connecting “masses”, of connecting “intellects”, of connecting “science and technology”, of connecting “famous brands”, and of connecting “soft science”.
