摘要 活性氧簇与自噬的关系复杂,近年的科学研究发现,活性氧簇作为一种信号分子具有多种功能,不仅参与细胞的增殖和分化,还参与细胞内自噬的形成。现对活性氧簇与自噬的相关联系,包括调节自噬的活性氧分子,活性氧簇介导自噬的机制,以及活性氧簇和自噬在缺血/再灌注损伤、肿瘤和感染中的作用进行综述,以期为相关疾病的治疗提供新的策略。 The relations between reactive oxygen species(ROS) and autophagy is complex. ROS as a sig- naling molecule is involved not only in the cell proliferation and differentiation, but also in the formation of intracellular autophagy. Here is to make a review on the molecullar mechanism of ROS-mediated autophagy, and the roles of ROS and autophagy in the ischemia-reperfusion injury, tumor and infection, so as to provide new strategies for the treatment of related diseases.
