摘要 宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁女性健康。DNA甲基化是肿瘤发生的早期事件,因此通过检测基因的甲基化异常来进行肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。近年来研究表明,DNA甲基化与宫颈癌及癌前病变的发生、发展密切相关。现重点阐述宫颈癌抑癌基因的甲基化及其临床意义,并总结目前宫颈癌甲基化基因的研究方法。 Cervical cancer is one of the most common female cancers, severely threatening female health. DNA methylation is an early event in carcinogenesis and is often present in a variety of cancers, so it has great clinical value to detect methylated genes for early diagnosis of cancers. In recent years, studies have shown that DNA methylation is closely associated with the genesis and development of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. The review is to illustrate anti-oneogenes methylation of cervical cancer and the clinical value, and to summarize the DNA methylation analysis methods.
