摘要
胰腺癌发病率不断升高,由于其症状隐匿,进展迅速,病死率高,早期诊断与治疗对改善预后十分重要。近年来,糖尿病与胰腺癌的相关性成为研究热点,而新发糖尿病作为胰腺癌的早期临床表现,越来越受到广泛关注。以新发糖尿病患者为高危人群,筛查胰腺癌相关性糖尿病,为胰腺癌的早期诊断提供了新的方法,现就近年新发糖尿病与胰腺癌早期诊断的研究进展予以综述。
The incidence of pancreatic cancer is increasing continuously, because of tbe nonspecific symp- toms, rapid progression and high mortality of pancreatic cancer, early diagnosis and treatment is essential for im- proving its prognosis. There is increasing interest in the relationship between diabetes mellitus and pancreatic cancer in recent years, while, new-onset diabetes, as the early symptoms of pancreatic cancer, is drawing more at- tention. Defining new-onset diabetes as the high-risk group and screening pancreatic cancer-associated diabetes offer a window of opportunity to detect early-stage pancreatic cancer. Here is to make a review on the research ad- vances in new-onset diabetes and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
