66例胰腺炎CT诊断及分析

CT Diagnosis and Analysis of 66 Pancreatitis Patients

目的探讨CT对胰腺炎的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2011年12月我院经临床确诊和CT检查证实的66例胰腺炎患者的CT表现及临床资料。全部病例均常规CT平扫,少部分行动态增强扫描。结果胰腺体积减小,胰管串珠样扩张,胰腺内点片状钙化灶是慢性胰腺炎的常见征象;胰腺体积弥漫或局部增大,密度降低,边缘模糊以及胰周积液是诊断胰腺炎的可靠的常见征象;坏死性胰腺炎胰腺体积明显增大,密度不均;高密度出血灶及低密度坏死灶是其特征性表现。结论常规CT扫描是诊断胰腺炎的首选方法,不仅能够明确诊断,还能发现病因、并发症,帮助临床制订治疗方案,并判断预后。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT in diagnosis of panerealitis. Methods The retrospective analysis was made on 66 pancreatitis patients from Jun. 2009 to Dee. 2011. All patients were clinically diagnosed and confirmed by CT. Most cases underwent routine CT scan,a fcw enhanced scan. Re- suits Pancrea wolume decrease, pancreatic duct beaded dilatation, punctate calcification were eommon in chronic pancreatitis. Diffuse or localized pancreatic volume increase,low density,edge blur and pcripancreatic effusioned reliable signs of acute pancreafitis. Necrotizing pancreatitis showed features suct~ as significantly increased pancreatic volume,uneven density, hemorrhage loci in high density and necrotic loci in low densi- ty. Conclusion The conventional CT is the preferred method for diagnosis of pancreatitis,not only can make clear diagnosis, but also find cause of disease and complications, even help make clinical treatment plan,and judge prognosis.
