摘要
目的探讨超前镇痛对兔再植耳血液循环的影响。方法成年雄性家兔10只,随机分为空白对照组(A组)和超前镇痛组(B组),各5只。动态监测两组处理前后应激激素(血浆肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素)和再植组织血流指标的变化。结果①两组不同时间点血肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组在处理后的各个时间点的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平明显低于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。②两组组动物再植耳各时间点温度差,A、B组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组再植手术完及1 h、24h毛细血管充盈时间长于B组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超前镇痛可以显著改善再植兔耳组织的血液循环。
Objective To explore the impact of preemptive analgesia on blood circulation of replanted rab- bit ear. Methods 10 adult male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:control group A, analgesia group B. Dynamicly monitoring rabbits blood epinephrine, norepinephrine level and blood circulation changes of replanted ear. Results ①Rabbits blood epinephrine and norepinephrine levels of two groups had a significant difference at different time points ( P 〈 0.05 ). Epinephrine, norepinephrine level of B group was significantly lower than that of group A after treatment. ②Replanted ear's temperature difference between two groups was not statistically significant( P 〉 0. 05 ). T1 , T3 capillary filling time of A group was longer than that of B group, there was significant difference(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Preemptive analgesia has remarkablely effect in reducing stress and improving blood circulation of replanted rabbit ear.
