制约我国知识分子科技创新能力的原因分析

Analysis of Reasons for Restriction on Innovation Ability in Science andTechnology for Intellectual of China

本文主要从政治、经济、教育、科技、环境等方面探讨了制约我国知识分子科技创新能力的原因 ,认为中青年科技人才的缺乏、研究与开发投入的欠佳、科技体制的弊端是制约知识分子科技创新能力充分发挥的主要障碍 ,同时 ,教育体制的改革没有跟上科技创新要求的步伐 ,市场经济体制的不完善导致企业技术创新动力不足 ,内外合作交流的欠缺致使知识分子创新活力不够 ,创新文化的不尽完备、创新氛围的不尽人意也削弱着知识分子的创新能力。

The paper discusses the reasons for restriction on innovation ability in science and technology for intellectual of China mainly from the aspects of politics, economy, education, science and technology and conditions etc. The lack of middle and young aged talents of science and technology, not good enough investments for research and development and the malpractice of system of science and technology are thought to be main obstruction of perfect innovation ability. Meanwhile, the other aspects, for example, the reform of education system not keeping pace with science and technology innovation, inadequate power of technology innovation of enterprise because of imperfect market economic system, not enough vigor of intellectual's innovation for reason of shortcomings in internal and international cooperation and exchange, incomplete culture and conditions of innovation, also weaken innovation ability of intellectual.
