京津都市圈的发展构想

Conception on the Development of Beijing-Tianjin Municipal Circle

香港都市圈的快速发展相应带动了周边地区的经济腾飞 ;上海都市圈加快了整个长江流域经济发展步伐。为进一步保持国民经济快速、健康、持续发展的良好势头 ,协调“东西南北”关系 ,启动京津都市圈 ,使之成为环渤海地区乃至中国北方地区的经济增长中心。

This paper points out that in order to accelerate the development of Bohai Bay rim and Northern region in China,it is necessary for our country to enforce the developing strategy on the forming Beijing—Tianjin municipal circle.
