高原训练对男子中长跑运动员血清激素的影响 被引量:56

摘要 为了探讨高原训练对血清激素的影响 ,本文系统观察了 6名世居平原的优秀男子中长跑运动员 (高原训练组 )进行 4周高原 (1917米 )训练前后血清睾酮 (T)、游离睾酮 (FT)、皮质醇 (C)、T/ C比值和促红细胞生成素 (EPO)的变化 ,并与 12名世居高原的优秀男子中长跑运动员的数值进行对照分析。研究发现 :1)高原训练组运动员在高原训练中血清 T、FT和 C水平趋于降低 ,而血清 T/ C比值非常显著地升高 ;高原训练后血清 T、C持续下降。高原训练前后血清 T和 EPO的变化趋势基本一致 ,血清 T/ C比值与网织红细胞数的变化保持同步。 2 )高原训练对世居平原运动员血清激素的影响作用至少可保持 3周 ;3)平原—高原交叉训练对世居平原运动员与世居高原运动员血清激素产生的影响有所不同。 Changes of serum testosterone (T), free testosterone (FT), cortisol (C), T/C and EPO were investigated before and after 4 weeks altitude training (1917m) in 6 elite male middle and long distance runners (ATG), and compared with those of altitude control group (ACG, living in altitude, n=12). It was found that: 1) the concentration serum T, FT, C tended to decrease, and T/C increased significantly during and after altitude training in ATG; there was the similar change tendency between T and EPO, as well as between T/C ratio and RC; 2) the effect of altitude training on serum hormone could keep at least 3 weeks in ATG; 3) there was different effects on serum hormone during sea-level and altitude training in ATG and ACG.
