摘要
恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。当前，人类治疗肿瘤的方式仍然依赖于手术、化疗和放疗等传统治疗模式。尽管这些传统的治疗模式可以有效治疗部分肿瘤，但尚不能全面降低肿瘤的复发率和病死率。近几年来国内外学者一直在不断努力创新，设想研究一种能最大程度的杀灭肿瘤细胞，而对正常细胞无损害的抗肿瘤新方法。
