摘要 目的应用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测儿童血清,初步评价其在儿童结核病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法入选临床诊断结核病患儿42例,肺部其他疾病患儿及体检患儿各30例,应用蛋白芯片检测血清标本。结果 42例结核病患儿中任意抗体为阳性的患儿为25例,阴性的患儿为17例。蛋白芯片检测结核病的灵敏度为59.5%,特异度为66.7%。结论结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片对儿童结核病的诊断有较好的辅助作用,多项抗体阳性可提高诊断特异度。 Objective To evaluate the protein - chip in children for diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods Forty - two TB children, 30 non- TB patients and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled and their serum examples were detected respectively with TB protein -chips. Results In TB group, 25 children' TB antibody were detected positive and 17 were negative. The sensitivity and specificity of the protein- chip for diagnosis were 59.5% and 66.7%. Conclusion The TB protein - chip could be useful for diagnosis of tuberculosis in chil- dren. The specificity can be improved if antibody were used together.
