摘要
为了研究甘氨酸对淀粉酶产色链霉菌Cbγ4产ε-聚赖氨酸的影响,在种子培养阶段添加不同浓度的甘氨酸。结果表明,在种子培养初期添加3 g/L甘氨酸,天冬氨酸激酶活性会明显提高,ε-聚赖氨酸最高可积累0.51g/L,比对照组高27.5%。5L自控式发酵罐发酵ε-聚赖氨酸试验中,种子液中添加甘氨酸组比对照组明显提高了菌体耗糖速度,缩短了达到最高生物量的积累时间,ε-聚赖氨酸产量也提高至12.87g/L,糖酸转化率也比对照组提高了30.6%。因此甘氨酸可作为一种新型营养物质用于ε-聚赖氨酸的生产。
To investigate the effect of glycine on ε-poly-L-lysine (ε-PL) production of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes Cbγ4, certain concentrations of glycine were added in the seed culture. When 3g/L glycine was added at the early stage in seed culture, the accumulation of ε-PL reached 0.51 g/L, which was increased by 27.5% than that of the control group, and the aspartokinase activity was improved obviously. In 5-L jar fermentation, the biomass and the consume rate of glucose were greatly enhanced by adding 3g/L glycine in seed culture, and the ε-PL yield was increased to 12.87g/L, meanwhile, the conversion rate of carbon resource to ε-PL was 30.6% higher than the control group. Therefore, glycine could be used as a novel nutrient for ε-PL production.
