摘要
分别采用5种多糖分解菌和3种酵母菌搭配组合进行了混菌发酵三七渣生产蛋白饲料的菌种组合优化研究,研究结果表明,以发酵培养物中的粗蛋白含量为评价指标,多糖分解菌对试验结果的影响强于酵母菌,多糖分解菌和酵母菌之间的交互作用显著(p<0.05)。黑曲霉与酵母菌混菌发酵的试验结果显著优于其他多糖分解菌与酵母菌混菌发酵的试验结果。黑曲霉与3种酵母菌混菌发酵的试验结果没有显著差异(p>0.05)。
Strain combination optimization for the production of protein feed from notoginseng residues by mixed fermentation experiments, in which all combinations of five polysaccharide decomposing fungi and three yeasts were used for the test, was suudied. The result shows that the impact of polysaccharide decomposing fungi on the fermentation result is stronger than that of yeasts significantly, and the interaction between polysaccharide decomposing fungi and yeasts in the mixed-fermentation is significant (p 〈0.05). The result of co-fermentation by Aspergiilus niger and yeasts is significantty better than that of cofermentation by other polysaccharide decomposing fungi and yeasts. There is no significant difference among co-fermentation results by Aspergiilus and anyone of three used yeasts (p 〉0.05).
