汉防己甲素抑制人工晶状体前膜形成的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨汉防己甲素对外伤性白内障人工晶状体前膜形成的影响。方法:36只兔随机分为空白对照组、地塞米松组和汉防己甲素组,成功制备双眼外伤性白内障动物模型后行摘除及人工晶状体植入术后汉防己甲素组和地塞米松组分别注射汉防己甲素5 mg及地塞米松注射液2 mg。进行房水混浊程度分级、人工晶状体前膜分级、前房水细胞计数、房水蛋白质和丙二醛的含量检测、人工晶状体表面细胞计数并光镜和电镜检查。结果:汉防己甲素组和地塞米松组房水混浊程度、人工晶状体前膜、房水丙二醛含量和蛋白质含量低于对照组(P<0.05);汉防己甲素组与地塞米松组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。汉防己甲素组和地塞米松组人工晶状体表面蛋白膜少且菲薄,细胞成分少见。结论:汉防己甲素能够抑制外伤性白内障人工晶状体前膜的形成,其抑制程度与地塞米松相似。 Objective: To study the effect of tetrandrine(TET) to the anterior membrane formation of IOL.Methods: 36 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly as control(CON)team,dexamethasone(DEX)team and TET team.Traumatic Catracts model were established sucessfully in rabbits.TET group and DEX group was respectively injected TET 5 mg and DEX 2 mg.All aqueous flare were graded.Anterior membranes of IOLs were also graded.The leukocytes in the sample were calculated and classified.The contents of malondialdilyde(MDA) and protein were also determined.The cells on IOLs were calculated and were classifed.The IOLs were observed with Scanning electron microscope and light microscope.Results: The aqueous flare levels of the TET team and DEX team were lower than those of control team(P0.05).There were no significant differences between TET team and DEX team(P0.05).TET team and DEX team were significantly lighter than CON team in anterior membranes of IOLs(P0.05).There were no significant differences between TET team and DEX team(P0.05).TET teamand DEX team were significantly lower than CON team in aqueous humor cells(P0.01).There were no statistical defferenles between TET team and DEX team(P0.05).Contents of MDA and protein of TET team and DEX team were significantly lower than those of CON team(P0.01).There were no significant differences between TET team and DXE team.Conclusion: TET can prevent the anterior membrants formation of IOLs.
