子宫颈癌淋巴结微转移的研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫颈癌是最常见的女性生殖道恶性肿瘤,其发病率在女性恶性肿瘤中居第二位,仅次于乳腺癌。淋巴结状态、肿瘤体积大小、病理类型、生长方式、浸润深度等是与宫颈癌预后相关的因素。其中盆腔淋巴结转移是影响宫颈癌患者预后的最重要的因素之一[1],也是指导术后辅助治疗的重要依据。研究表明,同期患者发生淋巴结转移后其5年生存率下降25%~60%[2]。然而,即使无淋巴结转移的患者行宫颈癌根治术后复发率仍达10%~15%,其中盆腔淋巴结复发占60%[3]。
