团体心理咨询对高中生危机事件发生后的干预效果

The Effect of Group Counseling to High School Students in Post-crisis Intervention

目的:探讨团体心理咨询在高中生危机事件发生后应用的可行性及实施效果。方法:通过晤谈了解面临的主要问题,并选用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对1周前发生自杀事件(1名学生自杀已遂)的高二学生某班进行情绪状况的评估,根据评估结果和晤谈收集到的资料制定团体心理咨询计划,完成一周期的团体心理咨询后用SDS、SAS及自编咨询效果评价问卷进行情绪评估和咨询效果评价。结果:经团体心理咨询后,该高二学生团体的SDS得分和SAS得分均显著下降(36.5±8.0 vs 31.5±6.9;36.3±8.2 vs 32.9±7.1,P<0.05);效果评价问卷,咨询有效率高于既定评价标准(>50﹪)结论:团体心理咨询能有效缓解危机事件带给高中生的压力,改善情绪状况,提高生活事件应对能力。

Objective To explore the practicability and the efficacy of group counseling in working with post-crisis high school students.Methods One week after a student committed suicide;a class of Grade 11 students from this high school was interviewed to express their main problems and issues encountered.In order to assess students’ emotional states,each participant also filled out a Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） and a Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）.A group counseling plan was then designed based on the results on the two questionnaires and information gathered from the interview.After having completed one cycle of the group counseling sessions,each participant’s emotional state was re-assessed by filling out another SDS and SAS.Students were also asked to complete a self-designed efficacy evaluation questionnaire to evaluate the efficacy of the counseling sessions.Results After having received group counseling,students’ mean scores for SDS and SAS have significantly decreased（36.5±8.0 vs.31.5±6.9;36.3±8.2 vs.32.9±7.1,P 50%）.Conclusion Group counseling can effectively lessen the amount of pressure experienced by high school students who have gone through some crisis life events.It can also help them improve their emotional states and capabilities to deal with various life events.
