摘要
目的:观察电离子治疗在手术治疗嵌甲中的临床效果。方法:将嵌甲患者45例随机分成观察组和对照组,两组都采用常规的手术治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用电离子治疗。结果:观察组的手术时间(0.36±0.22)h、术中出血量(36.25±10.28)ml、术后疼痛持续时间(7.85±1.26)h都低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均Ⅰ期愈合;随访1年,观察组复发1例(4.8%)低于对照组6例(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电离子治疗配合手术治疗嵌甲效果良好。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of electric ion treatment for ingrowing toenail.Methods： 45 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were divided into observed group（21 cases）and control group（24 cases）.Both groups were treated with same traditional surgery,but the observed group were added electric ion treatment.Results： The time of operation,operative bleeding and postoperative pain duration were different between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： It＇s better to treat ingrowing toenail with electric ion treatment.
