外伤性癫痫诊断治疗的临床探讨

摘要 外伤性癫痫(post-traumatic epilepsy,PTE)是颅脑损伤的常见严重并发症之一,PTE占所有癫痫的5%,症状性癫痫的20%,平时颅脑损伤患者伤后癫痈发生率为1%~10%,重型颅脑损伤癫痈的发生率高达30%,战时颅脑火器伤患者癫痈发生率明显增加,高达34%,而其中相当一部分是药物无法控制的,绝大部分患者容易发展为难治性癫痫,需要手术治疗[1,2],这是一个巨大的医学和社会问题。
