摘要 在人类体外授精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)技术中,国内外许多学者在授精18~20 h内通过光学显微镜对胚胎原核数目进行观察及评分[1],以观察到明确的2PN(pronucleus)及2PB(polar body)作为正常受精的判断标准[2],从中选择优质的胚胎进行移植。
