摘要
研究了中品位磷矿制湿法磷酸得到的浓缩磷铵料浆进行氨二次中和的特性,在实验模式装置上,确定了该料浆用氨二次中和生产磷酸二铵的管式反应器结构、设计参数及氨二次中和的工艺条件。根据实验结果设计的DAP管式反应器,在30kt/a料浆法磷酸一铵装置上进行了72小时的运行考核,生产稳定可靠,达到了预定指标。现又放大到60kt/aMAP装置转产DAP,正在运行中。
The paper describes characteristics of secondary ammonia neutralization of concentrated ammonium phosphate slurry obtained from wet process production of phosphoric acid based on medium-grade phosphorus ore. On the experimental plant, the structure and design parameters of the tube reactor where concentrated slurry neutralizes with ammonia to produce DAP.as well as the secondary neutralization process conditions have been determined. According to experimental results,the DAP tube reactor was designed. The tube reactor has passed the 72-hour performance test in a 30,000 t/a MAP plant.the production has proved to he stable and reliable,and expected objectives have been realized Now,an enlarged tube reactor is operating in a 60,000 t/a DAP plant.
