摘要
硫磺制酸的炉气清洁无尘,其高温余热的回收利用比较适合采用火管锅炉,而高参数硫磺制酸火管锅炉的设计在我国是近几年的事。结合南化集团设计院近年设计的火管锅炉炉型和使用情况,通过分析比较提出适合于大型高参数硫磺制酸火管锅炉的炉型,同时还总结了关键部位的结构设计要点。
The furnace gas generated in sulfur-based sulfuric acid production is clean and tree of dust,its high-temperature waste heat is suit-able to be recovered and utilized by a fire-tube boiler,and the design of fire-tube boilers in high-parameter sulfur-based sulfuric acid production plants is a practice of recent years. On the basis of NCIDI-designed fire-tube boilers and their operation,and through analysis and comparison, the paper proposes the suitable type of fire-tube boiler for large-size high-parameter sulfur-based sulfuric acid production,and summarizes key points for structural design of critical components.
