摘要 硝酸钾是一种用途广泛的化工原料,是一种无氯水溶性的氮钾复合肥料,生产方法有多种。介绍由美国AST公司开发的连续式离子交换法生产硝酸钾的工艺流程、技术特点和消耗定额等。该工艺克服了固定床离子交换法中的“浓度脉冲”现象,操作控制简单,产品质量高,且可生产多种产品,有推广价值,关键设备连续式离子交换器可以引进。 Potassium nitrate is a versatile chemical raw material as well as a chlorine-free water-soluble NK compound fertilizer. There are many production processes for production of potassium nitrate. The paper presents an introduction to process characteristics and specific consumptions of the continuous ion exchange process developed by AST. The continuous ion exchange process overcomes the phenomenon of concentration impulse in the fixed-bed ion exchange process.its operation control is simple,its product quality is high,and many kinds of products can be produced,so,the process merits popularization.The critical equipment-the continuous ion exchanger can be imported.
