it has been a practice only for the last decade to use the Distributed Control System in the ammonium phosphate plants. The UHS Distributed Control System is characterized by flexible hardware configuration, simple software configuration, timely adjustment of control indexes,saving of energy and reduction of consumption,reliable operation,and increased productivity The paper describes the system composition. I/O configuration,software functions and programming,system monitor interfaces,operation,and noteworthy issues in commissioning.
