:研究了不同防老剂种类及用量 ,不同环境温度条件下 ,端羟基聚丁二烯 (HTPB)液体橡胶粘度变化规律。结果表明 ,加入防老剂 ,尤其是 2 2 46可以显著改善HTPB的老化性能 ,且防老剂 2 2 46最佳用量为 0 .2 %～ 0 .5 %。室温下 ,HTPB不加防老剂的贮存期长达
The change law of the viscosity of hydroxylterminated polybutadiene(HTPB) liquid rubber was investigated with various kinds of antioxidants and its different contents at different environmental temperatures.The results showed that the aging properties of HTPB could be remarkably improved by adding antioxidants,especially antioxidant-2246,and the optimum content of antioxidant-2246 was 0.5 percent.The storage duration of HTPB was 1 year without the addition of antioxidants at room temperature.
