摘要
在固定床反应器中对四种高温煤气脱氯剂进行了筛选研究 ,在 5 5 0℃温度下 ,所有被测试的脱氯剂都能迅速与HCl气体发生反应 ,在反应开始的一段时间内都能使混合气体中的HCl从 0 .1%降低到 0 .0 0 0 1%以下。在相同的反应条件下 ,CN1(以碱金属和碱土金属为活性物质 )脱氯剂具有最高的穿透时间、穿透氯容量和饱和氯容量。在 30 0~ 70 0℃之间 ,温度越高 ,CN1脱氯剂吸收氯容量越高 ,反应性越好。在高空速下 ,脱氯剂脱氯效果明显下降。
WT4”BZ]Four sorbents for chloride removal from high-temperature gas were tested The results show that all the tested sorbents can react rapidly with HCl vapor at 550℃ and reduce the HCl vapor concentration from about 0 1% to 0 0001% A sorbent called CN1 was prepared by pelletizing the powder of alkali metal and alkali earth metal substance with binders and texturing agents The best sorbent for HCl removal was that with the highest capacity of breakthrough chloride and chloride saturation It is found that the higher the reaction temperature, the higher the chloride content fo sorbent The reaction between sorbent and HCl vapor is the first-order one with respect to the initial HCl concentration The sorbent in the upstream of the bed is nearly saturated with the chloride whereas in the downstream contained less than 2w% of chloride The effects of space velocity on chemical reactivity of CN1 sorbent were also studied in a fixed-bed reactor [WT4”HZ]
