摘要
采用静态坩埚法和动态回转法研究了不同组成尖晶石对MgO 尖晶石浇注料抗渣性能的影响 ,并采用扫描电镜和能谱分析测定了渣蚀残样中尖晶石的存在形式和化学组成。结果表明 ,在基质组成相同的情况下 ,添加富铝尖晶石的浇注料在加热过程中可生成较多的原位生成尖晶石 ,原位生成尖晶石吸收渣中Fe2 O3 、CaO能力是合成尖晶石的 3~ 5倍 。
The effect of various spinel on the slag resistance of MgO spinel castables has been investigated by crucible method and rotary slag test method. The forms and compositions of spinel in the residual samples have also been investigated by SEM and EDAX. The result shows that the castable with Al 2O 3 rich spinel has better slag resistance than those with MgO rich or stoichiometric spinel. This may be contributed to that the castable with Al 2O 3 rich spinel has more in situ spinel in the matrix, and the ability of Fe 2O 3, CaO absorption of in situ spinel is 3 to 5 times to that of preformed spinel.
