Study on oxidation resistance of O'-Sialon-ZrO_2-SiC composite

研究了O’ Sialon ZrO2 SiC复合材料的氧化过程。结果表明 ,材料的氧化过程呈保护型氧化 ,材料最终的氧化产物为α 方石英、ZrSiO4 、ZrO2 ,且其氧化动力学过程符合氧化前期、中期。

The oxidation process of O' Sialon ZrO 2 SiC composite has been studied.The results indicate that oxidation of O' Sialon ZrO 2 SiC composite is of protective type;the oxidized layer of the surface of the specimens is composed of αcristobalite,ZrSiO 4 and ZrO 2.The oxidation process follows the general mode of three stages prophase,metaphase and anaphase.
