摘要
研究了苯乙烯 /丙烯酸丁酯 /N,N-二甲基 ,N—丁基 ,N—甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵无皂阳离子聚合物乳液共聚合动力学 ,讨论了引发剂浓度、共单体浓度、离子强度及温度对聚合速率的影响 ,得到了相应的聚合速率方程 :Rp=kp[D]0 .6 4 [A]0 .6 7和聚合反应表观活化能 Ea=2 5.78KJ.mol- 1 ;而离子强度对该聚合反应的影响存在双重性即聚合速率随离子强度增大呈减小—增大—又减小的变化过程 。
Polymerization kinetic was studied on St/BA/DBMEA soapfree cationic emulsion.The effects of initiator concentration 、comonomer concenration、ionic strength and temperatrue on the rate of copolymerization were discussed,and got the kinetic equation:R p=K p[D] 064 [A] 067 and the apparent activation energy:E a=25.78KJ/mol.But Rp went through changing courses of decreasingincreasingand decreasing with increasing ionic stringth. This showed that two kinds of nucleation mechanisms could coexist in this polymerization system.
