摘要
LVDT是火电厂DEH系统中反馈汽轮机主汽门和调节汽门开度的测量元件,随着汽轮机控制水平的提高,LVDT作用越来越大。由于运用单LVDT存在一定弊端,以华电潍坊发电有限公司660 MW机组大小机主汽门、调节汽门为例,对其DEH系统进行双LVDT改造。改造后机组运行稳定,经济性有了很大提高。
LVDT is a measuring element system which feedbacks steam turbine main steam valve door and speed the opening of ther- mal power plants DEH, with the steam turbine control level enhancement, LVDT plays a more and more important role. Using of sin- gle LVDT has some disadvantages, this article taking the main steam door and adjusting valve of Weifang Power Plant 660 MW steam as example, gives a double LVDT transformation ibr DEH system. After the transformation, unit operation is stable, and the units of the economic performance has improved a tot.
