PICK1/AMPA在药物成瘾后伏隔核突触可塑性中的研究进展
摘要
药物成瘾是由依赖性药物（如吗啡、海洛因、可卡因或酒精等）与大脑奖赏系统相互作用产生的慢性、复发性脑病,主要表现为强迫性用药和对药物的持续性渴求,中脑-边缘多巴胺奖赏系统中的伏隔核（Nucleus accumbens,NAc）和腹侧被盖区是参与药物成瘾最重要的两个核团。
