Reliability and Validity of E-LINK System for Measuring Hand Strength

摘要 目的测试新型手部肌力评估系统E-LINK的信度和效度。方法 25名成年人两次使用E-LINK手功能测试系统和Ja-mar握力器进行力量测试,测试间隔时间5 d,由两位治疗师分别进行测试。计算手功能测试系统测量的握力、侧捏力、对指力量的组内相关系数(ICC),两种仪器测量的数据进行Pearson相关性分析。结果 E-LINK系统的测试结果与Jamar握力器的结果高度相关(r=0.76-0.99,P〈0.01)。重复测试信度较高(ICC〉0.80),测试者间信度满意(ICC〉0.75)。结论 E-LINK手部肌力评估系统效度和信度良好。 Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the E-LINK system for measuring hand strength.Methods 25 healthy adults were recruited to measure the strength of hand using E-LINK system and Jamar respectively.They were measured again 5 d later.Results The intra-and inter-rater reliability of hand strength measurement was satisfactory(ICC0.75),as well as validity(Pearson r0.75,P〈0.01).Conclusion E-LINK system can measure hand strength well.
