STUDY ON THE EUTECTIC COMPOSITION OF SYSTEM ZrO_2-MULLITE

借助于SEM -EDAX研究了电熔锆 -莫来石材料中ZrO2 -莫来石共晶的组成 .共晶中的ZrO2 晶体形态依莫来石基晶的切面方位可显示为卵状或条状 ,即定向共晶 .按统计结果共晶组成为 (质量分数 ,% ) :Al2 O35 3.9± 1.2 ,ZrO2 3 1.5± 1.7,SiO2 14 .6± 0 .6 .

The eutectic compositions of the ZrO 2-mullite system in fused material were studied by mean of SEM-EDAX. The morphologies of ZrO 2 in the oriented eutectic appear bleblike or rodlike depending on the directional sections of mullite mass crystal. The compositions of ZrO 2-mullite obtained statistically are Al 2O 3 53.9%±1.2%,ZrO 2 31.5%±1.7%,SiO 2 14.6%±0.6%(in mass).
