摘要
对CaO -SrO -TiO2 -Bi2 O3 四元系统的介电性能进行了研究 .SrTiO3 和CaTiO3 的不同配比可合成具有不同介电常数和温度系数的陶瓷材料 .Bi2 O3 的添加可改善材料的介电常数和温度系数 ,添加MnO2 和CeO2 可进一步改善瓷料的性能 .通过预先合成SrTiO3和CaTiO3 熔块 ,按照适当的配比混合后加入Bi2 O3,并添加适量的添加剂 ,获得了一系列性能优良的高频高介MLC陶瓷材料 ,其MLC适用性良好 .
The dielectric properties of CaO-SrO-TiO 2-Bi 2O 3 system were studied in this paper. Both SrTiO 3 and CaTiO 3 present perovskite structure. They have high permittivities and α ε (absolute value). In the experiments, SrTiO 3 and CaTiO 3 were produced at first, then Bi 2O 3 was mixed with them. In the end, additives were added into the system. With proper addition of the additives, a dielectric material with excellent properties has been obtained.
