摘要 针对商品混凝土的生产特点和质量要求,设计了一套混凝土塌落度计算机检测控制系统。系统采用霍尔传感器检测混凝土搅拌均匀时的交流电流值,经过多次试验建立起电流与混凝土塌落度之间的关系数据库,从而达到检测电机电流来实现塌落度监控的目的,并采用模糊控制算法来实现对配料系统的配料比的反馈控制。通过对配料比的反复调整,使得所生产出的混凝土达到合格的塌落度范围。 Contrapose the features and requirements of quality control in the production process of commercial ready-mixed concrete, a set of concrete slump computer-control system is designed. Hall sensor is adopted to measure AC current value of motor at the moment that the concrete is mixed uniformly in mixer. The relational database between the electrical current and concrete slump are set up after many tests so as to achieve the objective of slump monitoring with the detected motor current. And then the fuzzy control algorithm is used to complete feedback control of the charge ratio of batching system. Through the repeated adjustment of charge ratio, the slump of concrete produced are controlled in the qualified range.
