遮荫对假俭草生长及可溶性蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 遮荫是影响草坪草生长和草坪质量的主要因素之一。为了认识光照对假俭草生长的影响,对假俭草进行遮荫试验。利用不同透光率的遮荫网,在塑料大棚中设置了3个遮荫梯度:全光照、轻度遮荫处理(50%的遮荫)、重度遮荫处理(70%的遮荫),处理5个月后进行可溶性蛋白质含量、生长指标的测定。结果表明:与全光照相比,遮荫导致蛋白质含量显著降低,但是2个遮荫处理间差异不明显;遮荫极大地降低了匍匐茎增长速度、单株分蘖数量、叶片厚度,而提高了叶片长度、植株平均高度。 Shading is one of the most important factors that affect the growth and turf quality of turfgrasses. In the experiment, the author compared the growth responses and soluble protein content of centipedegrass (Eremochloa ophluroides) growing in a greenhouse when exposed to 3 light regimes: full sunlight (CK), moderate shading (50% of full sunlight), and intense shading (30% of full Sunlight) for 5 growing months. Different light regimes were designed by using plastic shade net in different light transmittance. The results indicated the content of soluble protein content in leaves was significantly deceased by shading in comparison to CK while no difference was observed between 2 shading treatments. On the other hand, the stolon increment, tiller and the leaf thickness were significantly decreased when exposed to shading. In contrast, the leaf length and average plant height were significantly increased.
