秦皇岛冰雪体育旅游资源开发的可行性研究

为了探索秦皇岛冬季旅游的发展问题,对秦皇岛所具备的以及潜在的资源优势进行综合分析,研究表明,秦皇岛开发冰雪体育旅游资源是解决冬季旅游淡季的现实可行的途径。同时,根据当前国内外冰雪体育旅游资源开发研究现状,以及存在的冰雪旅游产品数量少、配套设施水平较低、服务水平参差不齐、服务质量较差、缺少政府规划与管理等问题,并结合秦皇岛自身特点,提出创新理念、合理规划、整体布局、开发特色项目,打造品牌、多元化与科学化的营销手段等针对秦皇岛冰雪体育旅游资源开发的可行性策略。

In order to advance the development of winter tourism in Qinhuangdao, the paper has a compre hensive analysis on the advantages of local existing and potential resources. It indicates that developing the resource of local ice snow sports tourism is a practically feasible way against the off season of winter tourism. At the same time, considering the current situation and problems of developing the resources of ice snow sports tourism at home and abroad, in combination with the local own characteristics, it suggests a feasible strategy of developing the resource of local ice snow sports tourism as follows ： with the eonsubstan tial idea of economy, ecology and culture to have reasonable planning and integrated layout, with featured productions to build the brand of ice snow sports tourism, with marketing means of diversification and sci enfization to operate it.
