影响护理专业男生实习积极性的原因分析及对策

Analysis of factors affecting practice initiative of male nursing students

目的了解影响护理专业男生实习积极性的原因,探讨提高护理专业男生实习积极性的方法。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对2011年在某三级甲等医院实习的33名本科护理专业男生进行调查。结果护理专业男生实习积极性影响因素的总得分为(2.83±0.54)分。排在前5位的影响因素分别是:医生的态度与评论、女性患者部分治疗拒绝男生执行、专业思想不稳定、职业价值观不强及心理压力;排在后5位的分别是:教师自信心不足、教师关心学生不够、护理操作不同、带教方式单一、带教教师学历低。结论各级护理管理者及临床带教教师须重视影响护理专业男生实习积极性的因素,针对主要影响因素实施相应的措施。

Objective To analyze the factors affecting practice initiative of male nursing students and to find a protecting strategy to relief the mental pressure. Methods A self-designed questionnaire including different affecting factors was used to make a survey of 33 undergraduate male nurse interns who had finished at least 4 departments rotation. Results It shows that the factors affecting practice initiative of male nurse interns were above average. The top 5 factors on the list were attitude and judgment from doctors; rejection of treatment from some female patients; unstable professional attitude; low occupational values and mental pressure. The last 5 factors on the list were self-confidence insufficient of the teacher; less concern from the teacher to the male nursing students; different＇nursing procedures; boring teaching method; teachers with low-levels of education. Conclusion Managers and clinical tutors should pay attention to the factors affecting practice initiative of male nurse interns,find and carry out a protecting strategy according to the main factors.
