对农村合作金融机构资金业务管理的几点思考

The Reflections on the Capital Business Management of the Rural Cooperative Financial Institutions

农村合作金融机构资金业务起步较晚,加之"两级法人"的体制现状,业务经营中逐步暴露出信息来源渠道单一、议价能力较差、市场分析薄弱、管理制度缺失等问题。本文拟通过对上述问题的深入分析,从强化省级联社服务职能入手,提出促进农村合作金融机构资金业务健康发展的政策建议。

The capital business of the rural cooperative financial institutions has been on their initial stage. Under the current sys- tem of the ＂two-tier legal representative＂, some issues such as single information source, bad bargaining capability, weak market analy- sis and lacking management system have gradually emerged. On the basis of the deep analysis of above issues, the paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the healthy development of the capital business of the rural cooperative financial institutions from the strengthening the service function of provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives.
