基层央行培训评估体系研究

摘要 知识经济时代,作为人力资源管理的一个重要手段——培训,已越来越受到各级组织的重视,员工培训不仅能持续提升员工的知识、技能与工作态度,而且能为组织提供强有力的人力资源保障。本文在对培训评估框架进行简要分析的基础上,试图通过从建立基层央行培训评估制度必要性的角度出发,探索研究建立适合基层央行培训运行模式的评估制度,构建培训评估模型,以增强基层央行培训效能。 As an important way of human resources management, training is paid attention to by every level of organizations dur- ing the era of knowledge economy. Training staff not only increases staffs knowledge, skill and working attitude, but also provides powerful human resources for the organizations. On the basis of brief analysis on the training evaluation framework and from the ne- cessity to establish the training in grassroots central bank, the paper studies establishing the evaluation system suitable to the training mode in grassroots central bank and constructing the training evaluation model to strengthen the training efficiency in grassroots cen- tral bank.
