摘要
低碳钢经淬火强化获得板条状的马氏体组织。低碳马氏体具有良好的综合性能特点,并且淬火工艺简单、不易开裂。用低碳钢淬火强化代替可锻铸铁材料,生产纺织机中某些零件,结果表明:其寿命是可锻铸铁10倍以上。
Low carbon steel obtains the lath martensite by quenching aggrandizement . Low carbon martensite has good comprehensive mechanics properties and its quenching process is simple, not liable to crack. Through using quenching aggrandized low carbon steel instead of malleable iron materials to produce some parts of thread spinner, the result shows that the service life is above 10 times than malleable irom.
