摘要
本文从法律法规、运行管理等方面分析了对垃圾处理设施实行环境监测管理的重要意义，指出了环境监测主要依据的法规、标准，同时介绍了北京实施环境监测工作的具体实施情况。
In this paper, the significancc of environment monitoring and supervision of waste disposal site is analysed with law and standard and management, some important Laws and standards for environmeatal monitoring are introduced, as well as the practices of Beijing.
