摘要
给出一种风浪联合作用下风机塔架结构的疲劳评估方法.根据风浪统计资料,给出平均风速和有义波高之间的关系.分别计算风载荷和波浪载荷在疲劳热点部位引起的应力时间历程,采用载荷叠加方法进行疲劳载荷组合,应用雨流计数方法计算疲劳损伤.对某风机塔架结构进行疲劳分析,并将本文方法与其他4种方法进行比较.结果表明,本文方法的计算精度较高.
Fatigue analysis for the tower under combined effect of wind and wave is proposed.Firstly,the correlation between the mean wind speed and significant wave height is presented based on wind and wave statistic data.Stress-time history of the fatigue hot spot of tower structure subjected to wind and wave loads are obtained,respectively.The stress summation method is used to combine fatigue stresses,and,fatigue damage is calculated using the Rainflow method.The proposed method is used to calculate the fatigue damage of offshore turbine tower.The accuracy of the proposed method is investigated by comparison with four other methods,and result indicates that the proposed method is efficient and accurate.
