浅谈意大利垃圾管理技术及政策

Brief Introduction on Waste Management Technologies and Policies in Italy

2005年5月9日至5月20日，由中国社会科学院和意大利环境与领土部共同组织的为期14天的固体废物管理高级培训班在意大利举行，期间听取了国外专家介绍意大利垃圾管理政策与处理处置技术，并实地参观了城市有机废物堆肥厂，现代化垃圾焚烧和发电厂，垃圾填埋和沼气发电厂，垃圾渗滤液处理厂等。本文主要从此次考察情况并结合国内如北京市垃圾处理情况作以简要汇总介绍。

A Solid Waste Management Advanced Training was held in Italy organized by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Italian Ministry for the Environment and Territory during May 9 to 20, 2005. During this period, we learnt Italian MSW manage- ment policies and treatment technologies and visited some facilities including organic waste composting plants, modern waste- to- energy plants, MSW landfills, LFG - to - energy plants and leachate treatment plants. The paper briefly introduced what we leant in Italy and some treatment plants compared with Beijing MSW management and treatment.
