摘要
本文分析了我国的垃圾回收利用水平、垃圾堆肥的现状以及生活垃圾综合处理的现状，提出应按照科学发展观，事实求是的总结我国垃圾综合处理的利弊。
This paper analyzed the current situation of recycle, compost and integrated treatment of municipal solid waste, and raises to summary, according to the concept of scientific development, pros and cons of the Chinese MSW integrated treatment practi- cally and realistically.
